My name is Alexander Anghelou. I am a psychologist specialised on cognitive behaviour therapy, working in private practice. I am a member of the Belgian Federation of Psychologists and of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a clinically-proven, highly effective treatment for anxiety (panic attacks, phobias, OCD, insomnia and other anxiety related disorders), depression, low self esteem, relationship problems, and more. My office is close to St. Luc’s hospital and the Kraainem metro station.
Deliverables: What can you expect within 6 sessions
1) You can expect to understand the functioning of your difficulty.
2) You can expect to understand what you do that maintains and develops your difficulty.
3) You can expect to understand what to do to deconstruct your problem by implementing exercises into your daily life.
4) You will feel a positive difference (this does not mean that the therapy is complete)
